Everyone signs in at yellostore.com with their mobile number, picks what they want, and checks out. Each order is made just for them and shipped to their door.

Questions
Who can see our store?
Only the people on your team's list. They sign in with a code we text to their phone. Anyone else who finds the link sees a sign-in screen and nothing more.
What does setup cost?
A one-time $149 setup fee. It covers designing your first item for every print spot it has, 3 rounds of changes, and the final artwork files for you to keep. Creating your store is free, and each person pays for their own order at checkout. The pricing page has the details.
Who pays for the items?
Each person pays for their own order at checkout: the price of the item plus shipping, shown before they pay. If you'd rather cover your team, a manager can prepay for them, and their orders are paid from that balance. Either way, nothing is bought in bulk up front.
Can a manager prepay for the team?
Yes, if you'd like. A manager can add credit to the team's balance by card, from $25 up to $5,000 at a time, and choose how much each person can spend in total. Your team then pays from that balance at checkout. It's optional: anyone can still pay for their own order. Charitable organizations: tax-free purchasing, where Florida allows it, applies only to orders paid from the organization's own prepaid team credit.
How soon is our store live?
Right away. The moment you finish the setup form your store is live and you're signed in as its manager. A member of our team then reaches out about your apparel designs.
How do new hires get access?
A team manager, or any teammate if your team allows it, adds them from the Team page with their name and mobile number. Then they sign in at yellostore.com with that number.
What happens when someone leaves?
A team manager removes them from the Team page. They lose access the next time they click, even if they're still signed in.
What happens to our phone numbers?
We only use them to send sign-in codes. We don't keep a plain list of them, and managers only see the last four digits.
How long does an order take, and where do you ship?
Every order is made just for that person, so it takes a few days to make before it ships. Shipping time depends on where they live, and they see the options before they pay. For now we ship to addresses in the United States.
Do we get our artwork files?
Yes. When your design is final we send you the files, vector files included when the design allows, so you can use them anywhere you like. Logos or pictures that belong to someone else stay with their owners.
Can we use our own logo?
Yes. Share your logo and what you're picturing in the setup form, and we'll set up your apparel.
